Conclusion

Appearance：	Sparkling dark amber colour.
Nose：	Warm and layered. Very fruity, featuring the flavours of nectarine, dried orange peels and ripe crataegus fruit, as well as the sweetness of fruits. With subtle almond and floral aroma.
Body：	Light to medium bodied
Palate：	Light and soft with a slight hint of ginger. Silky as white chocolate, with notes of waxy dried fruits and raisins. Adding water can release the rich and sweet malt and almond toffee flavours.
Finish：	Medium length with lingering dark chocolate, biscuits and cinnamon notes.
