Based on the double-cask sherry, not only did Maureen Robinson create an unprecedented round texture and mellow taste, but also a new standard for sherry flavour. Conclusion

Appearance：	Sparkling dark amber colour with golden shimmer.
Nose：	Sharp sweetness layered with notes of berries, honey, vanilla, cherries, dates and red apple peels, highlighted by a hint of wood.
Body：	Round and medium, capturing the mellow mouthfeel.
Palate：	Smooth and round. Has notes of dates and raisins but not too sweet. A hint of ginger pops, with a lovely finishing of dark chocolate.
